Portable Infrared Biogas Analyzer ETG 3200L



ETG 3200L infrared biogas analyzer is powered by Li- ion battery and can be used without AC power supply. It can be used for measurement of the concentration of CH4, CO2, H2S and O2 in sample gases simultaneously. It is based on the single source two beams non-dispersion infrared (NDIR) method for CH4, CO2, fuel cell method (ECD) for H2S and O2. The general application is landfill, anaerobic digestion and other fermentation Processes.

ETG 6500 - a complete system package for Biogas plant



A complete wall-mounted biogas analysis system consists of a rack type biogas analyzer, metal case, and gas conditioning system. ETG 6500 infrared biogas analyzer can be used for measurement of the concentration of CH4, CO2, H2S and O2 in sample gases simultaneously. It is based on the single source two beams non- dispersion infrared (NDIR) method for CH4, CO2, fuel cell method (ECD) for H2S and O2. The general application is landfill, anaerobic digestion and other fermentation Processes.
The ETG 6500 perform an accurate and reliable system analysis.The sample gas feed the inlet gas analysis cell through a diaphram pump , a filter to remove the dust and a scrubber to remove the H2S. So the dried gas is controlled by a flowmeter and will vented to atmosphere through an activatec carbon filter.
In order to avoid drift on the measurement the system will provide to an automatic (programmable) auto zero using the air. All the package is designed to work in harsh environment and it’s an ideal device for biogas plant. For different process condition will possible to use a chiller and peristaltic pump to remove the condensate

MCA single and multigas analyser for Biogas



MCA infrared biogas analyser can be used for measurement of the concentration of CH4, CO2, H2S and O2 in sample gases simultaneously. It is based on the single source two beams non‐dispersion infrared (NDIR) method for CH4, CO2, fuel cell method (ECD) for H2S and O2. This analyzer is designed with 19 inches 3U smaller physical dimensions and the simple digital pulsable infrared source and two beam systems. TDLAS Gas Detection Principles



Most laser gas detection monitors are based on tuneable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS). The identification of gas species by absorption spectroscopy goes back several decades. A molecule can be identified by its characteristic absorption spectra. If the frequency (or wavelength) of the infrared (IR) light source matches the vibrational frequency of the molecule, then light will be absorbed. The Beer- Lambert law is the linear relationship we use to calculate molecule concentration (ppm) from the characteristic absorption a molecule exhibits.
Infrared Absorption spectra of Methane (Absorbance vs. Wavelength (␣m))
One of these absorption features is chosen that does not coincide with any other molecule absorption spectra. The wavelength of the tuneable laser is set very close to the absorption feature we want to measure. A laser is ideally suited for this - as the light output is monochromatic. The laser wavelength is then scanned back and forth over this absorption feature. The resulting change in laser intensity when scanned over the absorption feature provides the information required to calculate the molecule concentration.

Nei sistemi di analisi gas è fondamentale, prima di inviare il gas di processo all’analizzatore, rimuovere impurità presenti nel Syngas quali polveri, TAR e umidità onde potere ottenere un gas campione secco e pulito da inviare all’analizzatore stesso.

La nuova unita’ portatile di condizionamento del campione e’ studiata per tale compito e permette una perfetta integrazione agli analizzatori Syngas e Biogas serie MCA 100 Bio e Syn.
